- Operating process equipment, including effective use of company tools and procedures to perform production activities (L.E.A.N manufacturing),
- Prepare and assemble raw materials,
- Support with the general maintenance of operating machinery,
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure standards are maintained,
- Assisting in continuous improvement activities,
- Assist with training of new production employees,
- Ensure that operating procedures are followed correctly and escalate issues observed within the
process to the engineering or management teams, - Performing process control documentation in internal tracking systems,
- Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas at all times,
- Observing and complying with all safety rules and regulations.
