Zubair Sayed

My Name is Zubair Sayed and have been residing in Australia for the last 40 years, since the age of five years old. Furthermore, I have completed up-to Masters level in Business Administration. I have worked in big organization as well as medium and small businesses and have gained a lot of hands on experience which is of great value to myself and others who I engage with as we are residing in a knowledge based community. On the other hand, I am married with four beautiful Children and are preparing to start my Phd, studies and are looking forward to it and to become an excellent trainer. I love reading books especially Business books and other books as well as enjoy a healthy lifestyle and spend a lot of time outdoors and are a gym enthusiast. My current goal is to become a University lecturer and provide positive life and educational enrichment to my students from the vast experience that I have gained. I have been employed as a trainer at Stanley International College, for the last 7 months and have been lecturing in the business faculty at Diploma Level, as well as PYP, Professional year program, for International students. Furthermore, I have gained profound amount of experience in liaising with International students and my student feedback and testimony are evidence of my skills in dealing with International students as they have unique needs as well as my track record in the last 7 months in conducting lectures in the Business Management and leadership faculty. Conversely, I have learnt and gained substantial experience in completion of assessments on time, creative assessment tools and understanding of the importance of assessments which depict student understanding of topics as well as evaluation yardstick which is an integral part of being a trainer and also for student motivation, development, confidence. Moreover, I also implemented training of Youth in leadership and Management at the Islamic Council of Western Australia for the last decade, whereby, I was teaching Management and leadership to over thousands of youth from diverse cultures. My passion is to become a leading trainer, lecturer in my field which is the most important variable in being able to perform and be productive in the long term as passion creates a conducive environment for all stakeholders amicably.
