I have worked in different fields, which has challenged my abilities in each area, made me more open, and gained many skills from each field, which has created me today. In the banking industry, I gained skills in public relations and problem-solving, while in the tourism industry, I learned important skills in social relations, such as being more open to helping others and providing services that meet their needs. Based on these skills, I have continuously improved my abilities and focused on my language proficiency. These skills can lay the foundation for me to assume any type of customer service role, so I believe that whenever given the opportunity, I can fully unleash my potential and become an effective human resource for the organization.
Based on my communication skills, I hope to challenge myself to take on management and senior positions in the future, and I am willing to learn the necessary knowledge in this field.
