• Ford Broadmeadows Decommissioning (Client: AECOM/Ford) Decommissioning, deconstruction and demolition of the Ford Broadmeadows manufacturing facility. Works included Bulk earthworks, demolition works, installation of services, road and drainage works.
• G&E Substation works, Port Melbourne (Client: Citipower) Constructed 3.4m high perimeter fence in high traffic industrial zone and other civil maintenance works.
• Brooklyn TS Project (Client: Zinfra) Construction of large monopole foundations, access tracks, demolition works and perimeter fence along M1 freeway in Brooklyn Terminal Station.
• Citipower Pit Remediation works (Client: Citipower) Remediation of multiple existing HV cable pits in high traffic roads in Melbourne CBD. Works including structural rectification works, precast roof replacement, service relocations and reinstatement of infrastructure.ole foundations, access tracks, demolition works and perimeter fence along M1 highway in Brooklyn Terminal Station.

• Orchard Estate Stages 1-9 and Davis Rd intersection, Tarneit (Value- $18.5M) Client: APD Projects and DAHUA Group.

Development of 9 stages of subdivision works (412 lots) and development of Davis road intersection.

• Habitat Estate Stages 14-19, wetlands, Sayers Rd Intersection and Wetlands corridor shared path, Tarneit. (Value- $12.8M) Client: Satterlys Developers.

Development of 6 stages of subdivision works (247 lots), construction of Melbourne Water Wetlands, development of Homebush drive/Sayers road intersection and construction of 1.6km long shared path along the wetlands corridor of Habitat estate.

• Edgeleigh Estate, Tarneit (Value-$2.5M) Client: Lennium Group.

Development of residential subdivision estate that comprised of 60 residential lots in Tarneit.

• Recorded KPI data by regular monitoring, measuring and tracking major works involving Bulk earthworks , Road & Drainage and Concrete works undertaken in 22 subdivision estates and infrastructure projects.
• Developed and implemented KPI packs for projects to achieve optimum productivity and cost savings.
• Prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide information regarding the performance and profitability of ongoing projects.
