Personal Statement for Education Committee Volunteer I am thrilled to apply for the Education Committee Volunteer position at SUPRA (Student University Postgraduate Representative Association). My passion for this voluntary work is sourced from the willingness of breaking the boundaries of information in life, language and academics. As an international student, I quite understand the challenges that they may face. Meanwhile, I noticed that many of our students have their special needs and belong to different communities. I hope that my contribution during the project period could help all students in need to achieve the most of themselves. My previous studies in Academic Year 2022 of my current major and in my undergraduate times gave me abundant experiences and skills of processing, analysing and evaluating the data. I actively participated in nearly all of my past modules. I acted as the team leader in INFO6007 and delivered presentations in all modules which included group courseworks. I believe that I would be more confident and more professional through those presentations. Therefore, I could help students in creating and facilitating materials in multiple forms including lifehacking guides, experience sharing workshops, onsite guidance in multiple channels from onsite to online. One more thing, I would enjoy the communication to various stakeholders, which could enhance my skills of communication and implementation. Finally, I am excited if I have the opportunity to work with all of the other volunteers and committee members to improve student experience and make a positive impact on the university community.
