Joining Telecommunications Provider iiNet Limited in October of 2008 as a Customer Service Representative, handling primarily Billing queries with residential customers. Later moving into the Support role approximately 6 months later. Day to day tasks included:


  • Providing technical and billing support with customers in person and over the phone for Dialup, ADSL, NBN and VoiP services.
  • Sales and Provisioning of new services and experience using SalesForce.
  • Complaint Handling


In 2014 I moved from the Residential arm of the Company to the Business Team which was tasked with servicing iiNet's Corporate and Government customers.


  • Billing/Sales and Technical Support for larger more complex services scaled for businesses.
  • On-site support and face to face customer service.
  • Professional decorum and dealing with high value business customers.
  • Providing support and advice for large scale rollouts of services for business.

In 2019 I moved into the Domains and Hosting Team which focused primarily on Domains and Email hosting for residential and corporate customers.

  • Maintaining company and client websites and domains, domain registrations, SSL Certificates.

  • Managing multiple backend systems of acquired ISP's (Internode, Adam, Westnet etc to name a few.)
