I am a passionate Sommelier who worked in the industry for more than 10 years. I am able to manage, curate and develop extensive wine lists and I am confident in managing large wine programs, including stock control, customer relation, developing and training staff. I am looking for a role that helps me in developing further my knowledge and understanding of the wine industry, maintaining a blend of creativity, strategic planning, problem solving, and with clear short and long-term goal.
I have been responsible in the wine list curation for Gimlet at Cavendish House resulting in winning "Best Wine List of Australia 2024" along with other titles in the most recent awards.
