- In my last 3 years of practice I worked almost exclusively with emergency responders within the Workcover system - mostly police officers
- This role was both rewarding and very stressful at times

- My emphasis during training on rotations in psychiatry throughout my undergraduate, residency and post graduate roles was of great benefit in this area
- I was SIRA accredited and at one point had over 25 police and ambulance officers on my books
- I enjoyed the patient care in the context of general practice, however, I retired from clinical practice in 2019 due to ill health
