  • Providing administrative support to the Employee/Labor Relations team such as, but not limited to document formatting, word processing, photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving, and retrieval.
  • Proactively manage Outlook calendars and handle all scheduling matters. Schedule appointments and meetings. Coordinate and update any change in meeting request that occurs during the day.
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, and statistical charts using word processing software similar to the Microsoft Office suite of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Gather, review, and maintain employee-related documentation such as disciplinary, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence, as requested.

  • Assist with coordinating and developing policies, programs, and procedures related to employee relations.
  • Follow up on past due annual compliance of all employees including but not limited to annual health assessments, training, performance appraisals, and licenses.
