With playing rugby throughout my childhood, I've learnt valuable lessons that i can implement into my everyday life. Playing footy at a pretty high level from young, has taught me how to be a team player, take on various situations and overcome certain problems that may happen so suddenly. I've learnt that discipline, attitude and your mind is key when facing adversity or dabbling in something unfamiliar. By me turning up to early morning sessions, early games, having punishments and learning to solve and address a problem on the field, has led me to being more punctual and more stoic to anything that is thrown at me. Rugby has helped with communicating with my peers, coaches and friends. Upholding a high standard for how i train and perform. Implementing all these traits into my life and workforce, I strive to be better than yesterday and to be like a sponge when taking down information on any given topic. Soaking it all in. Learning to shoot higher and higher and never settling for less.
