Market Street group owns over 15 restaurants on island and growing, I'm mainly based at Dukes Seafood and Rib Shack / Craft F&B Co. I have also covered shifts at other restaurants such as LoneStar being a busy sports bar.

At Dukes I was trained in:

• Opening and closing the bar and restaurant alone
• Handling cash / financial responsibilities with great trust
• Further experience with cocktails and beer
• Abilities to adapt with different cultures / the other side of the globe in general

Advanced cocktail bartending with formal service.

• Solo opening and closing of two bars, including financial responsibilities.
• Weekly inventory count and data input.
• Some supervisor training and responsibilities.
• Training staff behind bar and on the floor.
• Full table service including hosting.

Throughout the resort I have worked in various venues such as formal services at Maheno Restaurant, fine dining at Seabelle restaurant, cafe style services at Sandbar and finally casual services at Sunset Bar. I have also worked in numerous functions such as weddings and parties. Listed below are the positions and jobs that I was specifically trained for at Kingfisher Bay:

• Handling my own sections of the restaurant with a 30 step process
• Formal pool service
• Bartending in casual and formal environments
