- Ensure that regular in-store education and service training to Sport Shop staff is conducted to develop sales techniques and selling skills.
- Responsible for ensuring that the service provided to members and their guests by the Golf Department is of the highest standard.
- Responsible for ensuring that members and guests adhere to the Club’s rules and regulations including dress code, mobile phone usage and guest sign-in.
- Develop objectives, conduct reviews, hold team and individual meetings, and provide ongoing direction and guidance for the Golf team.
- Assist the Golf Operations Manager and Golf Administration Manager with the recruitment of Golf Operations & Administration staff to ensure positions available are recruited for in a timely manner and meet the operational needs of the Club.
- Assist Director of Sport with other tasks as required.
- Member of the Work Health and Safety Committee at the Club and assist in driving initiatives which promote and provide a safe and healthy working environment.
- Member of the Club's Emergency Response Team to be a first responder if/when first aid treatment is required for members, guests or staff.
