- Conducted regular Windows and Linux system maintenance, patching, account management, and performance monitoring, paired with configuration and support of Cisco network hardware.
- Provided support to several 1CCS teams during mission rehearsal exercises, operational deployments, and post-activity reviews, delivering subject matter expertise to strengthen capability and readiness.
- Undertook four weeks of work experience at DEFCOMMSTA Brisbane, assisting Fujitsu and 136 SIG SQN on the Level 2 Helpdesk and create PowerShell scripts to support a critical remediation process.
- Designed, created, and managed PowerShell scripts to automate the process of creating, migrating, managing, and archiving user accounts. These scripts significantly increased local system administrator efficiency and effectiveness and decreased errors.
- Assisted DICT Skype and Exchange engineers by verifying technical procedures, recommending updates to documentation guides, and reviewing scripts to identify errors and propose corrective solutions.
Trade Assistant

- Worked fly-in and fly-out for several trades including electrician, refrigeration, and solar. Within a small team, we did everything from electrical integrity testing and air conditioning installations to full home solar installations.
- Whilst being a trade assistant, I also handled the administration side of the business, providing timesheets, invoices, and creating a virtual workspace so administrative tasks could be completed from either within location or abroad.
