My roll as a dogman was challenging, but enjoyable. Most jobs I’ve gone to have been high rise residential, where I’ve been able to work with all types of construction materials and ways of building. Most jobs consisted of the usual formwork, reo and scaffold, also currently working on a 30 story high rise where the builder is using precast and perimeter screens.

• I started working with Concrite driving Agy 10 wheelerTrucks for about 4 years then got promoted as a Yardman and I was exposed to everything from the yard management, traffic controller, cleaning yard, AGY driving, quality control, SWMS, operating front loader machinery, loading truck & dog tippers with recycle materials also operating excavator.

• During this time, I worked with City Rail (Sydney Train Stations) in there Electrical and Civil divisions .I was responsible for a crew of 5 people. I gained valuable experience in people management and have developed a high set of experience through out the years in working for Ausscot Systems.
