Adele Mary Bowden

I am a compassionate registered nurse with 10 years experience in the aged care setting working as a registered nurse, I have a further three years experience working as an assistant nurse in the aged care and private hospital sector. I have found my passion with working with elderly clients in the community, travelling to clients homes to complete assessments and clinical care, I have worked the last 3.5 years in the community setting and I adore the work I do. I work well with diverse patient populations and I foster trusting relationships to improve patient health outcomes. I efficiently coordinate with healthcare professionals to advance patient care. My reason for looking for another job in the community, is that I am seeking a job that offers maternity leave due to the rising cost of living, I plan to stay in community nursing until I retire, I will be a huge asset to your team with my hard working attitude, kind and empathetic nature.
