Health And Fitness

Health and fitness has always been a large passion of mine as well as apart of my life from a young age, I have always been quite dynamic and loved sports in and out of school whilst being involved with recreational centres, team sports, community centres and gyms from the age of 13


I have always prioritized my own health and fitness as well as have had a high motivation for exercise and health seeking behaviours which have assisted me in becoming a personal trainer with over 8 years of experience on the gym floor dealing with a wide array of customers and clients over the years and running both independent businesses as well as being an employee in each facility


Over my 8 years of experience I have enjoyed educating and creating businesses as well as helping other businesses, companies and groups of like-minded people expand and produce the best possible outcomes for their clients to maximize results in and out of gyms through guided education on topics like human movement, training, nutrition, sales, marketing, business etc as well as creating relationships and having a high retention rate over the years with customers
