• Coordination of Project activities for Original Equipment of Metro Rail HVAC System for both Local and Overseas Markets.
• Liaise with Sales, Engineering, Project, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Finance Teams for end-to-end activities starting from Tender, Design, creation of demand (Sales Order), issuing PO on ERP for non-catalogue purchases, delivery to Customers and follow up for payment.
• Create monthly forecast for sales, completion of invoices on SAP and update Sales and Finance Team.
• Keep close contact with various Stake Holders to update them on progress of production and delivery activities.
• Keeping track of performance in terms of inception of Projects till delivery of Finished Goods and share with the team for comparison with agreed and actual schedule.
• Liaise with Warranty, Engineering and After Market Teams to resolve issues for delivered goods.

QRNG (Queensland), SGT (Sydney Growth Trains), Miami & Honolulu (USA), Dhaka Metro (Bangladesh), Doha Metro (Qatar), Vancouver (Canada), Taipei Circular Line (Taiwan) and Taiwan Metro.
