- I work in Packing Area of a fresh meat processing area . I am a Team Leader/Supervisor, hands on worker. My duties are collecting the order list for deliveries and pick up and preparing butcher shop meat orders.

-I proceed to organize other workers under my supervision and help getting their duties started.

-I do health safety checks of the packing area

-My daily duties after morning roles are to assist help and pack meat orders

- fix or repair mild breakdowns of machinery like scale,strapping machine and some of our vacuum sealing machine

- Conroys small goods have 4 areas such as sausage processing , bacon processing, and a high risk room area where they pack cooked food.

i have been trained and have a skills in this areas and can fill in when needed.
