Aidan Quigley

• Predominately a classroom support role where I assist students who find mainstream schooling challenging either academically or socially. This can involve individual student assistant in classroom activities, assessment tasks or assisting students in regulating their emotions and navigating social situations.

• 2022-2023 Retuning from overseas employment saw me welcomed back to Dan Murphys as a duty Manager with both the lock up and opening of store, allocation of staff roles, dealing with customer service, queries and complaints and ensuring all shop tasks were completed by shifts end.

• Initially begun as a casual cycle delivery service for groceries within Berlin City. This developed into a more highly skilled contracted employee involving transport maintenance, staff scheduling of shifts and deliveries.

• After successfully trialling for a professional football team in Berlin. This resulted in moving to Berlin, locating and renting accommodation and gaining employment for the duration of my contract from 2020 – 2021. My determination to learn to speak and read a new language reinforces my skills at identifying solutions to problems.

• Initially a customer service and stock maintenance role, which developed into a more customer orientated focus with volunteering to undertake training in both, safety thus becoming part of the safety committee, and products and product advice, giving my customers more confidence in their product choice. This also resulted in my being given more responsibility within the store by being appointed as duty manager with regular shifts. Including the responsibility of “store lock-up”

• Initial role was primarily customer service and stock maintenance, which developed into a more managerial role with store organisation and staff training becoming my primary duties by 2020
