For a short time I was working for both company's as a kitchen hand until the pelican bistro had to be shut down.

I worked here As a pantry chef/ prep chef cooking the sides and entrees for their menu. It is also where I began and unfortunately had to terminate my apprenticeship because of the long distance that I had to travel each day.

I worked as a prep chef mostly during this time, I also worked lunch services cooking from our lunch menu and some night shifts as a dishwasher/kitchenhand
