I am fortunate to have gained an excellent grounding during my past employment in Hospitality, as a trainee and a supervisor. Throughout my traineeship in the Hospitality Industry, I benefited from learning, patience, listening and understanding, the importance of asking questions and being receptive to feedback. In my time as a supervisor, I developed stronger communication skills, problem-solving, and people-management skills. I learned how to remain calm under pressure and how to support others effectively—skills that I feel confident are highly transferable in this Healthcare environment.
