• Oversee daily catering activities, including set-up, food preparation and checking equipment’s for specific flights.
• Orders food and non-food supplies, checks deliveries, and control stock levels to minimize waste.
• Preparation, packaging and monitoring the quality of foods and beverages served.
• Adhering industry-standard protocol for Temperature control such as HACCAP (Hazard Analysis and Critical control points).
• Manual Handling, pushing, and pulling of carts.
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety and maintained a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide regular updates and reports of sections to Management.

Cleaner

• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing and vacuuming.
• Selecting and utilizing appropriate cleaning agents to remove stains from the surface.
• Replenishing toiletries, such as paper towels, toilet paper and hand wash.
• Reordering the chemical supplies as required.
• Recording the updates about daily activities.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Housekeeping

• Clean guest’s bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guests amenities.
• Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis.
• Ensure all equipment are in working condition.
• Carry out lost property procedures.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulation and all health and safety legislation.

Food and Beverage Service

• Welcoming and Assisting guest to table.
• Providing menus.
• Taking Orders.
• Serving foods and Drinks.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the place.
• Deliver checks and process bill payments.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Resetting tables for the next service.
