As an Electrical Engineer at Safearth, My responsibilities included:
• Project Management
CitiPower & Powercor Triage Projects, Victoria – Triage project was designed by Safearth and CitiPower to verify and approve the new distribution assets (around 600 Substations) to be installed. I have effectively lead a team of 10 engineers located in Melbourne, Newcastle and Perth to verify the compliance of earthing system of the distribution substations with Australian Standards. Managing and effectively delegating the work to the team to successfully meet the deadlines. Delivered detailed and concise directives to team members and worked closely with organizational managers to facilitate project success around $2M AUD. Participated in meetings and brainstorming sessions, engaging with staff members to solve problems.

• Commissioning of earthing systems & establishing the compliance of the design to the required safety standard.
• Earthing System Assessment – Performed earthing systems assessments including Current Injection Testing, Loop Impedance testing, Integrity testing in different mining sites and locations.

• Site Engineering Experience includes
• BHP Nickel West – Successfully completed periodic maintenance of earthing systems assessment procedure. The project included assessment of underground assets through current injection testing.
BHP Pilbara Ports –fulfilled the integrity testing requirements for various assets onsite.
• Karara Iron Ore Mine - Completed earthing systems assessments for periodic maintenance. This included current injection testing of 20 substation assets.
• Newmount Boddington Gold Mine – Achieved periodic maintenance of earthing systems assessment procedure. Successfully completed testing including integrity, Loop Impedance and Current Injection Testing for earthing systems for all the substations assets throughout the mine site.
• Alcoa Alumina Refineries including Wagerup, Kwinana and Pinjara - Successfully accomplished testing including integrity, Loop impedance and current injection testing for earthing systems for all the substations throughout the mine site.
• FMG Solomon Iron Ore Mine – Completed earthing systems assessments for commissioning.
