Global OEE Improvement Program (Manufacturing)

Led a cross-functional team to implement lean manufacturing principles, resulting in a 8% increase in OEE over six months.

Key Achievement:Increased OEE from 87% to 95%, translating into an additional 20,000 kgs produced per month at a production facility in the ANZ region.

Global Ag Program (Agriculture)

Currently leading a Agriculture program to enhance engagement between McCain and growers.

Key Achievement: Achieved a positive adoption rate with the internal stakeholders with an average NPS of 4.5/5.

• PTE Labs is an Education-Tech and Research company co-founded by myself, which offers Technical/Language training courses using Technology as a forerunner. My responsibilities include:
• Designing sophisticated speech and text models using Advanced Analytics platforms, so that the machine can effectively evaluate the Academic language abilities of test-takers using deep learning algorithms.
• I also conduct online interactive classroom trainings for PTE Academic, BABOK Certifications, Power BI for Beginners,etc.
• Received multiple research grants and seeding capitals from public and private sectors

• Reporting to the Under-Secretary (Ministry) and the Executive Director (IT service vendor)
• This role had to wear multiple hats: Project Manager/ Scrum Master/ Business Analyst
• As a project manager my responsibilities included: Estimation and Budgeting, Global Vendor Management (across India, UAE, Spain, Jordan and Vietnam), Resource planning and allocation, Project Governance and Control.
• As a business analyst my responsibilities included: Creating User Journey, Value Stream mapping, Requirements Elicitation and Management, Business Process Mapping and Modelling, Data Modelling, Defining user stories and acceptance criteria, Gap Analysis, Root cause Analysis, Defect Triage, UAT and End-user Training
• As a Scrum Master my responsibilities included: Implementing Scale Agile Framework, Organizing and facilitating all the Scrum ceremonies like Backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, Estimation, Daily scrum, and Retrospectives, Managing the Scrum of Scrums (Team size: 64 members), Coaching an agile mindset,
• Technical Architecture: 3 Tier Web Architecture (Full stack) application where in the Front End was developed in REACT JS, the middleware was handled through REST AND SOAP APIs (based on ASP.NET) and backend was IBM Business Process Manager (IBM Cloud Pak) to manage the multi-level workflows.

• Played an integral roles in enhancing the UI/UX and functional aspects of Coles Online Shopping and Click and Collect portfolios.
• Intelligent Order Consolidation, Delivery planning Management and Smart Lockers management were some of the modules integrated by our team.

• Large scale Global Financial Transformation (GFT) program
• Redesigned the processes in Order to Cash and Source to Pay channels.
• Developed and executed the roadmap to migrate data from 32 legacy systems to Oracle EBS.
• Working with GFT business leads to gather, synthesize and document business requirements for data migration, reconciliation and data cleansing.
• Designed customized data collection models for specific visualization tasks using Tableau (Business Intelligence tool).
• Maintained proficiency with latest database technologies, including SQL and Oracle RDBMS to integrate the BI assets into the new system.

• Integrating Dynamics CRM 365 along with Intelledox and other plugins such as Trapeze, GTloca, Sharepoint and a payment gateway (Stripe).

• Implemented the integration of Pre flight information bulletin and the Bahrain weather services by assisting in the design of Data Architecture while being aligned with the process flows.
