Work History

Registered nurse

Western Health and Social Care Trust
Northern Ireland
09.2023 - 10.2024
  • I worked in Northern Ireland as a registered nurse from September 2023 - October 2024. I practiced full time in an acute medical ward. Working newly qualified in such a demanding and skilled area has allowed me to develop into a skilful and hard working nurse.
  • I worked alongside the multidisciplinary team very effectively in this area, working towards shared goals which included improved health outcomes for patients, ensuring each patient and their families were satisfied with the care received, which contributed to enhanced job satisfaction for the entire team.
  • I gained many new skills and abilities, some being emotional intelligence, empathy, sympathy, outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate strongly with family in difficult times. The area I practiced in had an assigned registered nurse educator, she took pride in ensuring each registered nurse in the area was trained and skilled to a high standard, training me to take pride in the care I deliver, adhering precisely to policies and procedures, all while ensuring each patient receives a high standard of care tailored to their own personal needs.
  • I take pride in being an individual others can trust and depend on in the work place , creating positive relationships and interactions wherever I go!

Community Carer
