After working at a small cattle feedlot located 60km east of Texas QLD, for just over 2 years, I have learned many skills and gained required knowledge through nationally recognised training programs and hands on experience. I currently hold a AQF3 Chemical accreditation and have completed my Certificate 3 in agriculture through rural training Australia.

  • Managed inductions, dispatches, arrivals and drafting of cattle.
  • Daily pen monitoring on horses and treatment of sick livestock.
  • Administered vaccinations, deworming medications and other treatments.
  • Record keeping of any veterinary chemicals and drugs used when inducting, treating sick animals, re-pilling cattle with a HGP etc.
  • Record keeping of pens checked, and any animals pulled and treated.
  • Loaded and fed out using a tractor, front end loader and 9 tonne vertical mixer.
  • Operated tractors, Skid steers and other farm machinery when necessary.
  • Operated Gallagher TSI computer to scan and enter livestock treatments, dosage amounts, movements, lot numbers and life data
  • Maintained clean yards and working environment.
