Personal Qualities

I have been recognised as a competent team member, effective communicator and collaborative within interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic person centred care. I have demonstrated a strong willingness to learn and have been open to feedback throughout my recent community and inpatient rotations as a registered mental health nurse. I have established strong professional relationships and have been commended on my positive attitude and nature in which I work. I have received verbal and written feedback from colleagues, my consumers and management about my performance in doing this. I completed my new graduate program in mental health drug and alcohol in 2023. I have 6 months full time experience in the PECC and MHICU unit at RNSH as well as 6 months community mental health practice. I was immersed in a positive, patient centred, holistic and collaborative culture. I have thoroughly enjoyed working harmoniously with other nurses, social workers, medical professionals and allied health clinicians. I have and will continue to endeavour to provide the best quality of nursing care I can provide and my passion for nursing is evident through my strong service delivery and relationship with colleagues and consumers.
