• Attending disciplinary, restructure, worker's compensation and investigative meeting with union members and their employers
• Processing general email enquiries from members and other unions daily
• Assisting campaigns run by the union and its organisers through phone banks
• Setting up new membership applications and welcoming new members to the union
• Processing referral applications from members

My main responsibilities in this role were related to the operations of the Trade Desk in store

• Booking and preparing all next-day deliveries being shipped to customers
• Liaising with the third-party courier service to ensure that the deliveries are on time and delivered without issue
• Managing trade inquiries and quotes for construction companies
• Contacting suppliers for ETA’s on products for our trade orders
• Organising large timber orders and coordinating other team members to prepare them for delivery
• Managing and distributing trade accounts to businesses
• Organising shipments of products to and from other Bunnings Warehouse stores
• Handling incoming stock to be placed on shelves

• Processing all new company inquiries on a day-to-day basis
• Handling50+ customer interactions each day and providing them with the necessary information for their projects
• Registering all questions asked by customers and following up with colleagues in relevant positions to produce answers
• Completing project surveys with customers over the phone and recommending them project ideas and existing plans
• Booking clients in to meet with the company
• Discussing customer budget options and creating plans to proceed with the construction of the project
• Printing and preparing documents for client meetings
