24/7 Project Oversight: Spearheaded the transition of the gym to a 24-hour operation, managing all phases from planning to execution. Successfully navigated complex compliance and safety regulations to ensure the gym met all legal and safety standards, achieving recognition as the first 24-hour gym operating on a university campus in Queensland.

Financial Turnaround: Implemented strategic changes and operational improvements to reverse a $300k operating loss, achieving a $200k operating profit within three years.

Team Leadership: Managed and motivated a team of 5 fitness staff and 10 fitness instructors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Aquatic Centre Project Oversight: Directed the fit-out project for the Griffith University Aquatic Centre, ensuring that the fitness centre met the high standards required for use by athletes at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Personnel Management: Contributed to the recruitment, training and management of Fitness Centre staff.

Business Management: Monitored and analysed business performance to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to the Fitness Centre Manager on how to maximise profitability.

Project Management: Oversaw the fitness centre equipment upgrade, from conceptualisation to fit-out, ensuring equipment met the needs of members and fit within the allocated budget.

Fitness Instruction: Explained and demonstrated safe and appropriate exercises for clients of various fitness and physical abilities.

Customer Service: Greeted and interacted with members and guests upon entrance and exit to the facility.
