Alexandra Singleton

Driven, dedicated and people-oriented cabin crew member at Jetstar for the past eleven months. My role consists of delivering exceptional customer service, whilst ensuring the safety of all passengers. This is supported with my extensive training in emergency procedures both on land and water, first aid and high level of professionalism. In my diverse and multicultural working environment, I have been highly adaptable and capable of effectively handling unforeseen challenges in the dynamic and unpredictable industry of aviation.

• At Sisterfox Espresso, my role consisted of interacting and greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner. Using my effective communication skills, I was able to take orders and make products with the aim of consistency and speed. In a 'rush', this role can be high pressure due to the high volume of orders. To cater to this, we worked in a positive team environment which involved efficient communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to create a smooth coffee making process.

• At Chapter 1 Early Learning Centre, my position required me to have a duty of care of children aged between six months to six years of age. This required me to have a high responsibility and awareness of my own personal actions, along with my peers, such as fellow educators and children. As an early learning educator, my function consisted of a range of tasks, these include: creating informative online posts for the guardians, serve meals and consistent cleaning throughout the day, having a duty of care for each child and allowing all babies, toddlers and children to freely express themselves through various forms.
