Current position is a Back of house Assistant where the role on a day-to-day basis may include:

• Assisting customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers
• Assisting with deliveries in the stock room and communicate findings with the Back of House team where necessary
• Assisting floor sales team with product queries and customer requests, including collecting requested footwear product styles/sizes and with a sense of urgency delivering them to the shop floor
• Ensuring that the Back of House department standards are maintained inline with company expectations
• Assisting the Department Managers and share product knowledge with customers
• Helping to escalate any customer complaints to management
• Working under the guidance and support of the current Store Manager and overall team to achieve KPI's and targets
• Ad-hoc tasks as required and upkeep store presentation.
• Worked closely with shift manager to solve problems and handle customer concerns.
• Stocked merchandise, clearly labeling items, and arranging according to size or color.
