I have been employed by UCC for the past 3.5 years, working around my two children that are 5 and 7 years old. I thoroughly enjoy my position as a support worker, who is empathetic and understanding of the needs of others.

• Administer medication
• Follow participants' individual support plan and mealtime management plans.
• Provide personal care and follow participants' personal care plans
• Complying with company policies and procedures
• Conduct participant house meeting
• Supporting clients with mal preparation
• Conduct fire evacuation drills.
• Support and maintain participants independence
• Participate in staff meetings

Duties include all aspects of hairdressing as well as the following:

• Customer service: Attending to clients, booking appointments, and answering phone.
• Time management, working as a team member to make the day go smoothly and successfully for both myself, team members, and clients.
• Cleaning and maintaining OH&S procedures.
• Stock take: Ordering and receiving goods.
• Cash reconciliation

During my employment with forythe’s I was employed as a contractor and had the opportunity to work across many of their sites such as Kellogg’s, T/E Connectivity and MARS food Australia as machine operator and process worker.

I started my employment at urban stylz as a 1st year apprentice hairdresser and completed my trade certificate 3 In hairdressing studying at Hamilton tafe in which I was awarded with distinction. Duties include all aspects of hairdressing
