Alistair Bavage

My Acoustic Consulting career commenced in December 1995 with an industrial experience placement with Marshall Day Acoustics, which lead to a full-time role commencing in July 1996.

Throughout my 30 year career with Marshall Day Acoustics I have gained extensive experience in all areas of acoustics, including architectural acoustics and sound insulation, building services noise control, industrial noise and environmental noise assessment and control. I have specialised in acoustic design for commercial, residential, educational and mixed-use buildings and have extensive experience in project management and delivery of complex and large-scale projects from concept development stage through to final handover, including construction supervision and commissioning.

I have lead the Marshall Day Acoustics building acoustics team for more than a decade and have also spent 5 years as a Director on the Marshall Day Acoustics board, overseeing operations in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

My strengths lie in client engagement and project delivery as well as problem solving and site supervision to provide clients with practicable and cost-effective solutions.
