Experienced and well-versed utilising internal and external holdings, as well as numerous computer applications which assists in an intelligence space. Consistent in maintaining work logs and records which apply under policy and not misuse applications. I am confident in using various intelligence tools available, and have extensive knowledge of numerous applications such as OIMS and Cobwebs, which assists in my day-to-day workload. I have a deep understanding of how technology such as CCTV, phones, emails, body-warn and hand-held cameras allow for transparency, capturing footage which can be shared and positively impacts the information sharing process.

Manage and Develop People

I am confident in my ability to assist, and train others when required which includes probationary staff, and those at the same level or higher rank. I am able to provide information or feedback to others respectfully and continue to support and guide staff within Correctional Centre's, which allows for continuous learning and development for others and myself within the intelligence space. I have established a high level of consistency within my workplace, maintaining compliance and recognise the importance of collaborating with others in order to meet personal/group performance, to complete tasks within specific time frames.
