· Making Barista-style coffee in a Fast-paced environment. (Including cleaning the coffee machine.)

· Taking orders in person and over the phone.

· Operating the POS register and effectively handle cash as required.

· Preparing sandwiches, toasties, desserts, following various recipes.

· Frying food and cutting vegetables.

· Restocking the store.

· Taking orders.

· Greeting and seating guests, serving food, and clearing tables.

· Keeping the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared ensuring empty glasses, plates and cutlery are removed, wiping down tables and more.

· Carrying 3 Plates.

· Carrying tray of drinks.

· Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring the correct items are served according to the “ sequence of service” and providing attentive and professional service.

· Preparing the areas before service, including setting tables with cutlery, glassware, and condiments. After service, clearing tables promptly.

· Ensuring that the outlet and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, including adhering to Food Safety handling standards.

· Cashiering functions,Scanning products and restocking of products.

· Ensuring that the outlet and surrounding ares are kept clean and tidy at all times.

· Makes customer-focused decisions by connecting personally with guests.
