For my gap-year I worked on a residential camp for year-9 students, as an outdoor educator. This included supervising students on campus & off campus, e.g. excursions, surf days, hikes, free-time, meals, sleepovers.
I began as a waitress for my first 8 months and then got promoted to a barista for my final 4 months.
Through-out high school I worked at Cafe Lekker, where I learnt my customer service skills in a fast-pace environment.
