  • Working at Woolworths I’ve been a front end team member, which requires serving customers on large registers, communicating with them on the daily.
  • I then move to self serve team member, where I was at the centre of 10 customers minimum every day. Attending to them constantly, and while being in the centre of the checkouts and service desk.
  • Which allows me to communicate to my manager and supervisors about problems or issues happening while in self serve.
  • I then moved up in late 2024 to a Front end supervisor position.
  • This is my Contracted position for 5 of my shifts each week
  • I run a team of up to 3-7 team members. Solving problems and helping customers, all while keeping the front of store area looking neat and tidy, and safe.
