Working at Woolworths I’ve been a front end team member, which requires serving customers on large registers, communicating with them on the daily.
I then move to self serve team member, where I was at the centre of 10 customers minimum every day. Attending to them constantly, and while being in the centre of the checkouts and service desk.
Which allows me to communicate to my manager and supervisors about problems or issues happening while in self serve.
I then moved up in late 2024 to a Front end supervisor position.
This is my Contracted position for 5 of my shifts each week
I run a team of up to 3-7 team members. Solving problems and helping customers, all while keeping the front of store area looking neat and tidy, and safe.
