  • Worked within core team to streamline business processes and internal controls, resulting in scalable and detailed set of procedures
  • Performed month-end reconciliation and reporting, developed reporting metrics in line with corporate requirements
  • Reviewed historical records, current operational data and forecasting information to identify and capitalize on revenue enhancement opportunities
  • Improved overall financial reporting by streamlining control processes and reporting structures

  • Promoted to Senior Revenue Manager and actively involved in both the short and long term strategy for all six properties in the growing revenue hub
  • During this time the hub entered a ‘revenue for hire’ period where I was appointed to oversee additional properties (up to nine concurrently) for periods of between one month to twelve months
  • In 2022 I was appointed pre-opening Revenue Manager for an additional city property for a period of ten months
  • During this time I was responsible for Budget and Business Plan (pre opening 2022 and first fully operational year 2023)
  • Pricing strategy for all segments (including public, corporate, MICE, Inbound)
  • Determining appropriate STR compset
  • Initial system set up and configuration (Opera Cloud PMS, EZRMS)
  • Full configuration of the distribution system (TARS) and associated extranet configuration for OTAs

  • After 18 months, a further promotion to Revenue Manager coincided with the absence of a Director of Revenue
  • Over a six month period I was solely responsible for all properties in the hub and associated tasks (including but not limited to: budgets / business plans; long and short term pricing strategies; facilitating revenue meetings, determining corporate rate position for the following year)
