As a salon assistant, I support the daily operations of the salon by greeting and assisting clients, managing appointment bookings, and ensuring the space remains clean and welcoming. I regularly make drinks for clients, help with hair services such as washing, applying colour, and prepping treatments, and provide friendly, professional customer service to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone in the salon.

As a camp counselor for senior girls aged 11–12, I was responsible for leading daily activities, providing emotional support, and creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. I supervised campers throughout their routines, encouraged positive group dynamics, and handled day-to-day challenges with patience, confidence, and care. My role also involved teamwork with other staff, planning activities, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of each camper.

As a café worker, I assisted with a range of front-of-house duties including taking orders, making coffees, running food to tables, and ensuring the dining area remained clean and well-presented. I worked closely with the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy environment, while helping create a positive experience for all customers.
