Amy O' Shea

I am a graduate of the Institute of Technology Tralee in Ireland, where I studied Early Childhood Care and Education from 2015-2019. In 2019, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (honours) degree in Early Childhood Care and Education, which consisted of three years of study, including both theoretical and practical work.

I would like to consider myself as a motivational leader and organizational problem-solver with advanced supervisory, team building and customer service skills. Experience stepping into roles and quickly making positive changes to drive company success. Focused on using training, monitoring and morale-building techniques to maximize employee engagement and performance. Responsible childcare professional experienced in guiding children and documenting learning and development. Offers current CPR and First Aid certifications paired with in-depth knowledge of children's emotional and social development. Passionate about fostering supportive and nurturing environments for children. Experience includes managing daily routines, developing educational activities and promoting emotional growth in childcare roles. Possess strong communication skills, adaptability to varied situations and genuine empathy for children's needs. Previous work has resulted in enhanced learning experiences and improved behavioural outcomes.

In my spare time, outside of work, I enjoy spending time:
