• Organise press conferences and act as the media contact for clients, providing crisis communications advice and direction when required.
• Manage external communications channels such as websites, newsletters, blogs and social media accounts, creating graphics and multimedia content in line with strategic messaging.
• Monitor industry news sources to ensure timely responses to relevant topics and identify opportunities.
