I have a strong passion for helping children become the best possible versions of themselves and believe that Early Childhood Education and Care is key to supporting this. Working as an ECT for the last seven years has provided me with great insight into ECEC, policies and procedures and commitment to the education of young children. A change from face to face work with children to working on initiatives that will make a positive impact on young children and their ability to learn, develop and grow would not only use my knowledge and experience in ECEC but allow me to follow my passion.
