Passionate about women’s training, particularly for women over 40, Ana is currently pursuing a menopause coaching certification to bridge the gap in how women are trained. She is committed to creating a meaningful shift in women’s fitness, ensuring they receive the right tools to build strength, resilience, and confidence through every phase of aging.
