• Prioritized building a strong rapport with residents and their families and fostering trust and mutual respect to create supportive environment.
• Providing hands-on assistance with tasks such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting, ensuring that care residents maintained their dignity and independence.
• Taking care to plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks that meet our residents' dietary needs and preferences as per their care plan.
• Providing services to individuals with specific ailments such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other chronic illnesses. This specialised care encompasses customised approaches to address symptoms, enhance cognitive abilities, and guarantee safety.
• Managing household tasks such as cleaning and handling laundry, ensuring residents' daily needs are met and their living environment is comfortable.
• Administering medications as prescribed, closely monitoring residents' medication adherence, and tracking any side effects or adverse reactions to keep healthcare supervisors informed.
• Maintaining detailed records of residents' progress, documenting services provided, observations, and case notes, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among healthcare team members
• Offering emotional support, companionship, and social interaction to address feelings of loneliness, isolation, or depression by engaging in meaningful conversations, actively listening, and participating in recreational activities that aided sense of connection and well-being.
• Support care residents in high-care to meet their individualised plan needs as well as provide high level of physical support by lifting, adjusting and moving residents

• Provide assistance in daily living activities by dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting patients.
