• Supervised and coordinated daily operations of patrol shifts of up to 60 officers.
• Served as mentor and role model to junior officers.
• Answered emergency calls for help from the public and business owners.
• Managed personnel schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for shifts while minimising overtime expenses.

Employed initially as an underground truck driver, I learnt this trade quickly and soon got onto the service crew. Between 2006 and 2007 I was the service crew leading hand on my crew. I was lucky enough to get on a small crew in the M50 project. I continued with service crew work and learnt charge up (development and production). I got qualified on a small bogger and started to learn how to load trucks on the 2900LHD.
