- Making the necessary travel arrangements for boys needing to return to other provinces.
- Work closely with cleaning staff to ensure a high quality of cleanliness and hygiene in all the boarding houses.
- Collaborating with catering to ensure meals prepared for the boys were both nutritious and enjoyable for them.
- Building relationships with parents and communicating with them regularly.
