During my tenure at Ogilvy, I have successfully led multiple teams across a range of clients and categories. In April 2021 I was awarded the GAD role then Client lead role on the Suncorp (AAMI) account which is Ogilvy Melbourne's flagship client.
Key Achievements
Organic growth. Obtained and secured both GIO and Bingle accounts from competitive agencies.
- Organic growth. Increased remit, annual retainers, and OOS work via new revenue streams such as Experience, Customer marketing, Claims, Website and Design Sprints.
- Successful management and negotiation of an 8% rate increase in 2023. The impact of this increase equal to winning a $1M+ account.
- Increased EBIT on Suncorp accounts to deliver biggest profit and profit margin at Ogilvy Melbourne.
- Managed a large operational change in the de-coupling of production with minimal impact to the agency.
- Agency evaluation. Client Vantage scores 9+. Annual Aprais evaluation scores in the top 10%, the highest in 10 years with clients personally citing my role and contribution.
- Close senior client relationships including Mim Haysom the 2022 CMO of the year- CMO magazine.
- Team Leadership. Managing over 10 direct reports with great retention and growth records.
- Senior Agency Leadership. Weekly meetings with MD and monthly meetings with agency leadership team to shape the future and direction of the agency.
- WPP client leader. Included in a very select group of senior leaders to report directly to the President of WPP Australia and New Zealand.
