Role:

• Site Inspections:

Conduct weekly site inspections to ensure work and current site conditions are compliant with project specifications and safety standards

• Project Coordination:

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, schedule and oversee daily operations, and resolve any on-site issues or delays.

Monitor internal allocation requirements daily, conduct weekly meetings with the site management team, and prepare a 3-week look-ahead to plan for future needs

Administer AS400/Minor works contracts to subcontractors as required.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain and update project documentation, prepare daily progress reports such as site diaries on behalf of the foreman, and track the budget and targets for completed work documenting daily profit and loss.

• Quality Control:

Inspect and ensure the quality of work and materials, organize necessary tests and inspections, and implement corrective actions for any quality issues. Strong knowledge of Camden and Campbelltown council specifications and requirements, and maintain up-to-date Inspection Test Plan (ITP) documentation for each task

• Compliance and Safety:

Enforce safety regulations and protocols on site. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments ( Task Observations - weekly ) .Ensure all work complies with local regulations and standards

• Communication:

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders .Attend and contribute to project meetings .Provide updates and address client concerns along with raising RFIs as required and assisting the PM in Variations / NODs and EOTs.

• Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve technical or logistical issues onsite.

Role:

• Managing structures end of the building process
• General safety compliance of the site via hammertech
• RFI correspondences to relevant subcontractors regarding structures
• Formulating ITPs for all structures, precast panels , steel fixing , formwork , hydraulics and services
• Liaising with clients, subcontractor and professional staff especially engineer in regards to inspections and surveyors in regards to slab set outs and asbuilts to maintain Aus Standards
• Preparing site report and issuing it to subcontractors to close out safety items to maintain WHS and BCA

• During my time here I have personally been involved in building 20 projects which includes overseeing everything from site survey , formwork, slab , brick laying , carpentry , roofing and all rough in / fit outs for services.
• The main emphasis of the role was to make sure everything is as per Australian Standards and BCA with a major focus of WHS and OH&S standards.

• Reviewed project designs, models and packages to promote accurate estimation development.
• Developed budgets and cost estimates for upcoming and ongoing projects.
