  • Responsibilities for Glazing Division: -
  • Ensure that glazing and rope access teams are inducted correctly (using templates provided) to relevant sites and no delays are applicable on site
  • Complete SWMS (using templates provided) for onsite glazing, project and rope access works
  • Proactively work with operational managers from each division to ensure that we are meeting requirements for onsite works and reduce/avoid any delays
  • Build close relationships with the scheduling team to ensure that we are proactively managing inductions and SWMS requirements for onsite work
  • Manage relationships with building management safety teams to ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly and customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Look to proactively review processes around induction and SWMS management to introduce new processes/procedures or technologies that improve/enhance Magic Glass position

  • Scheduling Telstra wideband orders (Optic Fibre Internet) with target of at least 50 orders per day which includes calling customer, building manger and Telstra to gain correct access after which the job was assigned to Construction partner in the system.
  • Recording daily jobs in in-house Downer CRM system and external Telstra systems
  • Updating daily working report for all contracted jobs
