• Transporting patients around from one place to another.
• Preparing residents for treatment.
• Setting up medical equipment.
• Determining a resident's needs.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Serving meals to patients and residents and then monitoring their eating habits.
• Providing meal supplements and fresh drinking water as needed.
• Keeping patients and resident's rooms and equipment clean, neat and orderly.
• Observing residents' health concerns and reporting abnormalities to the in-charge nurse.
• Carrying out a range of housekeeping duties in a clinical setting.
• Updating residents' records.
• Helping residents to walk and use a mobility aid.
• Operate laundry equipment.
